The library was conceived as a stylish place of retreat. Books and object d'art fill mahogany bookcases which are backed in steel blue silk. Modern art and transitional furnishings, including a custom library table, add excitement in their juxtaposition with the traditional millwork. Overhead a ceiling stenciled in a modern designwith a metallic shimmer adds drama to the space. Accents of red and gold complete the picture of sophistication.
